Blown out again...
Well the forecasts continue to mislead us but when we stand back and look at the big weather map it is no surprise as there are some forces at work out in the Atlantic. We were woken up early this morning with strong winds, blasting rain and some crackling lightning strikes close by. This did not bode well for the rest of the day. The wind is alot stronger than we wanted and also way too far from the south. It all gets a bit depressing as we feel like we are just wasting our time here in Weymouth at this time of year. We will give it a fortnight and then start making plans to relocate... or pack it in for the winter. Things simply can't go on like this. We need time on the water.
SW winds are forecast for the start of the week but it remains to be seen in what shape they will arrive, gusty, squally, ballistic or not SW at all. Whatever, we will remain alert and ready. OUR DAY WILL COME.
Cheers, Paul

Hello,
Wing looks great but I'm still convinced that without the use of lift Sailrocket will not be faster than Yellow pages in the same wind conditions. But lift will be at the cost of control unfortunately with Sailrocket.
Maybe in lost and lots of wind.
Good luck !
Johan
